Raphael Kessler
More than a decade's experience in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). Background in senior public sector leadership, education and business environments, with extensive experience managing complex organisational disputes and negotiations involving staff, unions and senior leadership.
His mediation work focuses on structured resolution of commercial disagreements, workplace conflict and disputes within professional organisations.

Sarah Bond
Former solicitor with extensive experience in senior human resource matters predominantly within the legal and pharmaceutical sectors. Business and executive leadership roles at start and scale-ups, responsible for driving business growth, for employee engagement development and retention, and for organisational culture.
Her work has involved resolving complex workplace disputes, employee relations issues and professional disagreements, and she specialises in workplace and commercial mediation.

Legal education and a career spanning insurance, technology and big four management consulting, bringing a combination of risk awareness, commercial acumen and strategic problem-solving.
She is particularly effective in disputes involving professional services, technology implementation, insurance coverage, and multi-party commercial relationships, and also has experience in employment disputes, including discrimination and redundancy matters.
