Workplace Mediation

Confidential workplace mediation for employers and organisations. Workplace mediations conducted by independent mediators.

Workplace Conflict Mediation

Workplace mediation provides a structured and confidential environment for employers and organisations to address conflict at work before it becomes more damaging to the people involved or the wider team.

It is particularly useful where the issue is not simply a question of policy or procedure, but a breakdown in a working relationship. Mediation gives participants an opportunity to speak openly, explore what has gone wrong, and work towards a practical way forward.

Mediation Chambers is a mediation practice working with independent mediators. Workplace mediations are conducted by individual mediators practising through Mediation Chambers.

The Mediation Process

Workplace mediation typically follows a structured approach:

  • Initial consultation
  • Preparation
  • Opening session
  • Private and open discussions
  • Exploration of resolution

Confidential

All discussions during workplace mediation are confidential and without prejudice. No notes are retained by the mediator.
