We will consider applications from experienced mediators with advanced training, substantial mediation experience, and senior professional expertise relevant to commercial dispute resolution.

Minimum Requirements

CMC-recognised mediation qualification
Advanced mediation course (multi-party, cross-border, high-value commercial)
At least 20 mediations, including 12 as sole or lead mediator
6+ hours mediation CPD per year for the last 3 years
10+ years senior-level experience in a relevant professional specialism

Selection Process

Shortlisted applicants will be asked to:

Submit a written case analysis
Attend a panel interview
Provide two independent professional references

Please confirm that you meet all of the following minimum requirements:

I hold a CMC-recognised mediation qualificationI have completed a formally assessed advanced mediation course covering multi-party mediation, cross-border disputes, and high-value commercial casesI have completed at least 20 mediations, including at least 12 as sole or lead mediatorI have completed at least 6 hours of mediation-specific CPD per year for each of the last 3 yearsI have at least 10 years' senior-level experience in a professional specialism directly relevant to commercial dispute resolution
